Craftexcom We are seeking a diligent and organized Data Entry Clerk to assist with inputting and maintaining data in our systems and databases. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Data Entry Clerk at Craftexcom, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data while supporting various departments with their data entry needs. Pay range: $17.50 - $24.50 hourly Full time Key Responsibilities Input and update data into computer systems and databases accurately and efficiently. This includes alphanumeric data entry, numeric data entry, and text entry from various sources such as paper documents, electronic files, and online forms. : Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data in our databases by conducting regular checks and audits. Identify and correct any errors or discrepancies in the data to maintain data quality standards. Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents or other data sets. Perform data validation and cross-referencing to ensure consistency and completeness. Organize and maintain electronic and physical files in accordance with company procedures. Ensure that files are properly labeled, stored, and archived for easy retrieval and reference. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in data entry or related field is a plus. Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles preferred. Strong computer skills and proficiency in data entry software and applications. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and verification. Ability to work efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
