The Junior Marketing & Communications Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the marketing and communication efforts aimed at promoting our fundraising events, engaging supporters, and driving participation and donations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote fundraising events and initiatives.+ Engage with followers to increase brand awareness and drive event participation. Support the design and production of marketing materials Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials and communications. Assist in organizing and executing virtual and in-person events, including logistics coordination, participant communication, and on-site support. Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies and tactics. Provide administrative support to the marketing and communications team as needed, including maintaining databases, managing calendars, and scheduling meetings. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and communications. Collaborate with colleagues to brainstorm creative ideas and initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of our fundraising efforts. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and engaging with diverse audiences.
