As a Social Media Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing our social media presence. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to develop and execute innovative social media strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and customer loyalty. Pay: $27.50 - $33.00 hourly Job: Full time On site Key Responsibilities Create and curate engaging content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Assist in optimizing social media profiles and pages to increase visibility and growth. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective social media campaigns and promotions. Conduct research to identify trends and best practices in social media marketing. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience using social media platforms for personal or professional use. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of social media management tools and analytics platforms. Creativity and a keen eye for visual design. Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
