We are seeking a Full-Time Receptionist to join our team!

The Receptionist reports directly to the Office Manager and is responsible for managing all front desk duties in addition to carrying out general administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
- Answer and direct all phone calls.
- Greet all office guests.
- Manage, clean, and organize the front desk.
- Schedule meetings, client visits and company events
- Stock copy paper, snack room and lounge
- Collect and sort all mail and packages.
- Provide administrative support to all team members as necessary.
- Answer guests and employees’ questions in a professional manner
- Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all visitors.
- Support the Office Manager and Administrative Assistant
Hrs: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm
- High School Diploma.
- Professional Demeanor
- One year of relevant work experience
- Highly proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to operate scanners, copiers, and printers.
