Project Accounting Supervisor
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Project Accounting Supervisor to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Supervise project accountants while overseeing all project accounting duties.
- Partner with project engineer teams on job specific invoices.
- Responsible for process improvement and to create time saving efficiencies.
- Responsible for invoice milestone and ensuring accuracy.
- SME in proprietary invoicing software.
- Responsible for job cost analysis and reconciliation in coordination with the Project management team for timely financial reporting.
- Responsible for monthly closing deadlines and assisting with audits.
- Cross train and develop project accounting team.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- 2-5 years of experience in preparing, processing, and analyzing financial information.
- 1-2 years of experience as a supervisor or manager.
- Strong knowledge and understating of accounting functions.
- Experience required with overseeing the preparation of milestone-based invoices.
- Experience using Microsoft Suits (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Microsoft Dynamics SL is a plus.
