Hawai'i Pacific Health is a not-for-profit health care network with over 70 locations statewide including medical centers, clinics, physicians and other caregivers serving Hawai'i and the Pacific Region with high quality, compassionate care. The Human Resources team builds collaborative strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to support the organization’s mission, goals and initiatives. We develop areas such as workforce staffing and development, operational support, compensation, payroll, benefits, employee relations and organizational effectiveness. We strive to ensure that the most talented and qualified applicants are placed in our health care institutions, and that they receive the best administrative, employee training and safety support available.
If you are a relationship builder skilled at organizational management, Candidate Management, and network building, you could be our next Talent Acquisition Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the recruitment cycle for positions ranging from entry level, high volume positions to top-level management. You will work closely with key stakeholders and other recruiters to provide input into developing effective recruiting strategies, campaigns and pipelines that focus on filling critical positions with quality candidates. We are looking for someone results driven and inquisitive, with a sales and service orientation, business savvy, flexibility, passion and market intelligence who shares our commitment to creating a healthier Hawai‘i.

Starting Hourly Rate: 27.08
Exempt: No
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and/or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. One (1) to three (3) years of direct recruitment or related experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Direct recruiting experience in a large corporate environment.
