Position Overview

We're in search of a bookkeeping and accounting professional to join our team as a crucial support to our Accounting Manager. If you're someone who thrives in the details, revels in processes, and brings a polished touch to everything you do, then you might be the perfect fit.

Daily Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with 10-15 clients across various industries.
• Maintain accounting workflows using cloud-based software like QuickBooks Online, BILL, Dext, and Gusto.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation management and reconciliation of accounts.
• Collaborate closely with the Accounting Manager to support tasks such as payroll processing and budget preparation.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and streamline back-office operations.
  
  

Qualifications

• A degree in Accounting or a related field, supplemented with accounting coursework.
• Two or more years of experience in Client Accounting Services (CAS) or a CPA firm, or in a multi-entity organization.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO), with QBO Certification preferred.
• Familiarity with remote work tools such as Asana, Slack, and Google Suite.
• Experience with tech stack apps like BILL, Melio, Gusto, Dext, SaasAnt, Hubspot, Stripe, Square, Shopify, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Exposure to industries like real estate, restaurants, or consumer products is advantageous.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• High ethical standards and integrity.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
• SIMPLE IRA with a 3% match.
• Two weeks of paid time off per year.
