Statement Of The Job
Assist the Marketing Partnerships Team with planning, execution and tracking of promotional and corporate partnerships for Walt Disney Concert Hall, Hollywood Bowl, and The Ford seasons.
Essential Functions
- Oversee all aspects of promotional events, including pre-/post-concert receptions at the Walt Disney Concert Hall and tabling activations at the Hollywood Bowl and The Ford.
- Support the Corporate Sponsorship teams with on-site activations and sponsor events at the Walt Disney Hall, Hollywood Bowl, and The Ford.
- Coordinate off-site promotion activations that help support each season, including logistics, day-of management, and volunteer recruitment.
- Act as a brand ambassador at all activations, providing visitors with knowledge on our upcoming seasons and events.
- Support the Analytics & Audience Development team with special interest group events (i.e. CODA), as needed.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years promotional experience in the Los Angeles area
- Background in Audience development and hospitality event planning a plus
- Communication skills (written and verbal)
- Capable of working as a member of a team as well as independently
- Passion for music
- Availability to work nights and weekends
