Advanced Systems Group LLC. is seeking an experienced Creative Producer to join our team.

Please note: this role is for a 12-month contract and reports on-site to our client's office in Santa Monica, CA.

This contract role supports our client’s Global Studio Services team that produces, films, and edits video projects with multiple internal teams at our client including but not limited to: Content & Partnerships, Talent & Partnerships, Marketing, Cameos, Engineering, Communications, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the creative development process from concept to final delivery
  • Develop creative production decks/briefs, style guides and visual identities
  • Collaborate with director, writers, designers, and other creative professionals to develop and execute creative concepts
  • Prepare and present creative presentations
  • Design creative assets in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe AfterEffects, and 3D programs
  • Provide creative direction and leadership developing cohesive visually identities
  • Provide creative feedback to team members and vendors during all phases of production
  • Manage stakeholders, including customer, cross functional teams, vendors and other creative personnel
  • Provide art and production design direction
  • Provide leadership and direction on story-producing, motion graphics, color and sound design
  • Step in as creative director on various projects
  • Develop and manage creative project schedules against deadlines
  • Oversee the production of creative assets, including video, audio, and digital content
  • Ensure that all creative work meets brand guidelines and quality standards
  • Liaise between various departments to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding schedules, changes & updates
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide creative solutions
  • Apply knowledge of media industry trends to improve services for our internal production partner teams
  • Serve as liaison between external creative vendors and internal partners

  • Escalate issues encountered during productions in a timely manner to appropriate service owners for immediate resolution
  • Create and contribute to team standard operating procedures, policies, creative/business workflows, and other documentation
  • Use Jira project management system to input project creative deliverables
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen relationships
  • Raise any bandwidth issues to Producers, Lead Producers, Executive Producers, etc.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2+ years of creative production experience in a production or corporate environment including the configuration, operation, and troubleshooting of production equipment
  • Ability to report to the office in Santa Monica, CA on a regular M-F schedule
  • Proficiency with Mac OS and iOS
  • Expert knowledge of design applications such as: keynote, Canva, Slides, Powerpoint, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe AfterEffects, any 3D programs
  • Strong experience with Google Suite including Docs and Sheets
  • Experience with story-producing
  • Experience with team cross-functional collaboration
  • Art or production design experience
  • Experience working in a studio environment or collaborative production setting
  • Experience collaborating with Marketing, Development and Content creatives and professionals
  • Valid California Driver's License (or the ability to obtain)
  • Valid Passport for international travel (or ability to get one)
  • Ability to safely lift and carry equipment weighing 25 lbs or more

Compensation & Benefits:

This full-time contract role offers a salary of $90,000-100,000 depending on experience.
