Marketing Project Manager

Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager who excels in driving impactful marketing initiatives and campaigns. In this role, you will be instrumental in orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver projects effectively and on time. We are looking for a strategic thinker with outstanding organizational skills who can lead teams towards achieving ambitious goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership and Stakeholder Management:

Lead cross-functional teams, including creative, content, product marketing, and social, to execute marketing projects and campaigns efficiently.

Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders and ensuring alignment with project objectives.

Keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle by providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.

Collaborate with internal procurement, finance, and legal teams for partnership and vendor onboarding, adhering to organizational procedures.

Project Planning And Execution

Monitor project progress against established milestones, proactively identifying and addressing any issues or risks to ensure timely delivery.

Implement effective risk mitigation strategies and develop contingency plans to safeguard project success.

Documentation And Reporting

Oversee the development and management of all project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and status reports.

Prepare and deliver regular project status updates highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended actions.

Quality Assurance And Continuous Improvement

Lead the review and approval process for project deliverables, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, standards, and quality expectations.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency within the project management workflow.

Team Collaboration And Support

Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting clear communication and alignment on project objectives and requirements.

Provide mentorship and support to team members, facilitating the resolution of issues or challenges as they arise.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.

5+ years of progressive experience in marketing project management or related roles, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive successful project outcomes.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency in project management tools and software, experience with Monday.com is preferred.

In addition to the primary responsibilities outlined above, this role may also involve performing various other duties as assigned by management. The successful candidate should be prepared to demonstrate flexibility and willingness to take on diverse tasks as necessary.
