What You'll Do
Dive into pre-bid meetings to understand project scope and requirements.
Analyze specifications and drawings to prepare detailed estimates.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure accuracy and clarity.
Provide technical support, from interpreting drawings to recommending construction methods.
Keep projects on track by managing change orders, extra work items, and project closeouts.
Travel may be required, up to 50% of the time, to engage with project sites and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
A bachelor's degree in construction, electrical engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in estimating, cost control, or engineering.
Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Positive attitude, initiative, and the drive to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
