In this newly established role, you will provide vital support to the administrative team and project managers, utilizing MS Office products and Ignite to create compelling presentations for clients based on data collected by an elite team of geologists.

What You’ll Do:

• Compile data gathered by geologists and create presentations and proposals for client presentations.
• Prepare spreadsheets to track project progress and manage contracts and timelines.
• Assist team members throughout the company with administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with project managers to streamline processes and alleviate administrative burdens.
• Support project teams with proposals, contracts, cost tracking, and invoice production.
• Craft templates, project folders, and document style guides to ensure consistency and hiqh quality across all company documents.
• Support the maintenance of the CRM and Intranet.
• Proactively identify and address project needs and assist team members as needed.

What You’ll Bring:

• 4+ years experience in project assistance
• Experience preparing spreadsheets, managing contracts, and crafting proposals
• Expertise in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Strong research skills and technical savvy
• Exceptional organizational abilities, self-direction, reliability, and acute attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset, with a knack for identifying and executing tasks without constant supervision.
• Experience in an engineering, construction, or law firm environment a plus
