Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers through various channels including telephone, email, and face-to-face to answer inquiries and resolve issues.

Process payments and update customer information as necessary.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, managing and updating customer profiles and account information.

Efficiently gather information using company resources to offer solutions and support to customers.

Coordinate with clients to arrange for vehicle pickups as required.

Handle document filing and mail processing both incoming and outgoing, adhering to organizational standards.

Assist in the preparation and completion of transaction and sale documents.

Undertake additional responsibilities and duties as needed in support of team goals.

Qualifications

At least one year of experience in a support role within a customer service environment is preferred.

High school diploma or GED required; further education or certification in customer service or related fields is a plus.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of managing multiple technological platforms.

Typing proficiency with a minimum speed of 45 WPM.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Professional demeanor and appearance.

Bilingual abilities are highly advantageous.
