Human Resources Analyst - #9829956

Description

We are seeking an HR Assistant to join our team in Roseville, CA. This role will involve handling a range of tasks related to human resources, including managing personnel data, working with HR systems, and addressing inquiries about benefits, leaves of absence, and talent management systems. This is a short-term contract position.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for resolution, escalation, or routing of inquiries about moderately complex HR topics
• Maintain confidentiality while handling personnel data
• Utilize HR systems and web tools effectively
• Provide high quality customer service while resolving HR-related issues
• Work collaboratively with other team members to drive continuous improvement in HR practices
• Exhibit strong listening and communication skills when interacting with employees and managers
• Perform research analysis to quickly resolve issues
• Participate in planning and implementing continuous improvement in HR operations
• Assist with training new Associate Analysts
• Handle escalated inquiries efficiently and accurately, capturing pertinent details for documentation
  
  

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration
• Proficient in documentation and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
• Proven customer service skills and phone presence
• Ability to handle and resolve technical issues related to HR web apps
• Experience in planning, procedures, and operations within an HR department
• Knowledge of HR practices and principles
• Proficiency in supervising and training staff
• Experience in managing benefit functions including medical coverage
• Ability to drive continuous improvement in HR processes and practices
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in conducting research analysis in a HR context
• Familiarity with talent management and knowledge base systems
• Ability to manage open enrollment and vaccination processes
• Experience in exhibition planning and execution
• Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality
