Award Winning Caramel Manufacturing organization located in Bozeman, Montana seeks dynamic, personable, and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative. Bequet Confections provides a friendly, welcoming work environment.
Reports to: Customer Service Manager
Shift Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
Direct Reports: none
Position Summary
Provide extraordinary experiences for all internal and external customers. Responsible for the overall relationship with our customers, ensuring that customer support is the best we can deliver - timely, engaging, efficient, and effective.
Job Responsibilities
● Work directly with wholesale and retail customers, primarily over the phone and via email.
● Identify opportunities to consistently improve the customer experience.
● Build a bridge between customer service, production staff, shipping and receiving, quality control, and managers.
● Back up retail shop as needed.
● Serve as the liaison between the customer needs and company objectives.
● Work interdepartmentally to ensure timely resolution of problems.
● Processing orders from taking the order, entering, scheduling shipments, gathering materials necessary, communicating with appropriate team members when necessary.
● Learn, understand, maintain, and contribute to company processes, problem solving while displaying an upbeat, positive attitude.
● Additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
● 1-3 years’ of direct customer service experience required
● Drive positive impact on the people and culture with a helpful attitude, cheerful disposition, and enthusiastic approach to customer service
● Work with a keen sense of urgency regarding task completion and problem solving
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong listening skills
● Self-directed with exceptional attention to detail
● Ability to organize, prioritize to meet established deadlines
● Enthusiastic about multi-tasking, and have an ability to handle multiple competing priorities
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer operations
● Experience with QuickBooks Online a plus

Work Environment
● Professional, cubical office environment; exposed to continuous general business noise and frequent interruptions.
● Occasional movements including but not limited to reaching, squatting, stooping, kneeling, bending and lifting up to 25 lbs.
● Ability to sit for long periods of time and perform repetitive typing and writing tasks
