Homestead Post Acute is currently looking for a Full-time, Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to enhance the experience of our residents, their families and our team. This position is responsible for: Fostering a bright, warm and welcoming environment Facilitating our intra-team and inter-person communication Limited business office responsibilities. An effective Admin Assistant is: Friendly Proactive Positive Cool-headed Optimistic Qualifications- Strong communication skills, including excellent phone etiquette- Administrative experience and personal assistant experience- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite- Ability to manage calendars efficiently- Strong organizational skills- Experience in data entry and clerical tasks- Previous office management experience is a plus- Typing speed and accuracy- Experience in customer service and front desk duties- Attention to detail, including proofreading and transcription abilities Full time- 30 hours a week/ every other weekend (8 am-6pm) Benefits: At Homestead Post Acute we prioritize and support our team members' success in providing our residents with best-in-class service.
