We are seeking a Integrated Solutions Partner to contribute to our next level of growth and expansion. 



As the Consultant Experience Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and ensuring positive experiences for all stakeholders. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition and liaising with the Corporate Marketing Team, you will spearhead various initiatives, new strategies, thought leadership, as well as innovative approaches to the consultant programs and processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and implementing marketing initiatives to drive positive consultant and client experiences.
  • Leading planning and providing support for consultant and client events.
  • Managing thought leadership and content marketing initiatives for Talent Solutions.
  • Overseeing consultant engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
  • Plan recruitment marketing initiatives to attract talent.

A Bachelor’s Degree (Major in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred).

  • · 5+ years of Project Management experience preferred.
  • · Marketing experience, whether through internships or early career roles.
  • · Self-motivation, strong organization skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • · Proactive problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
  • · Ability to work independently.
  • · Strong organizational skills.
  • · Strategic leader.

Additional Responsibilities: In addition to the main job duties, the ideal candidate will:

  • · Coordinate New Hire Welcome Boxes.
  • · Manage Consultant Recognition Program.
  • · Organize Holiday Consultant Gifting.
  • · Planning and oversight of consultant and client events.
  • · Curate and distribute newsletters and consultant spotlights.
  • · Oversee consultant learning program in collaboration with Client Executives.
