We're seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our team and become the friendly face of our healthcare facility. If you're passionate about assisting patients, providing top-notch customer service, and ensuring efficient operations, we'd love to hear from you!


Schedule and manage patient appointments with a warm and welcoming demeanor.

Handle various communication channels, including phone, fax, and email, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Welcome new patients, providing them with comprehensive information about our services and processes.

Keep patients informed about the status of referrals and authorizations.

Handle a high volume of incoming calls professionally and efficiently.

Coordinate appointment scheduling for multiple providers, utilizing established guidelines and protocols.

Use your expertise to determine the urgency of appointments and direct patients accordingly.

Communicate complex exam preparation instructions to patients and other healthcare providers.

Ensure accurate communication with physicians and healthcare providers.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.

Ability to work within established protocols and guidelines.

Empathy and compassion for patients' needs and concerns.

Proficiency in basic computer applications.

Additional Details

Start Date: June 17th

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts between 5:00 am - 6:30 pm

Location: Central Phoenix, near Osborn Rd & Central
