Position Summary

This is a work-from-home role where you will be the first point of contact for inbound calls involving medical providers, patients, and billing services, helping them understand services and claim details. We offer full-time positions with hours available from 7 AM to 7 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday. The starting wage is $16.50 per hour, with opportunities to increase earnings through monthly incentives, promotions, and more based on your performance.


Earn up to an additional $200 per month by achieving monthly incentives, plus up to 4 extra hours of Paid Time Off.

Key Responsibilities

Efficiently handle incoming claims calls and accurately log data in our medical bill review system.

Clearly communicate the details of benefits, services, claims, and reimbursement procedures.

Maintain professional interactions with providers, patients, billing services, and insurance adjusters.


Capability to train and work effectively in a remote environment.

No prior experience in medical insurance necessary; we provide comprehensive training.

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least 1-2 years of prior customer service experience.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Keen attention to detail with the ability to manage simultaneous tasks efficiently.

Positive, customer-service-oriented attitude.

Willingness to learn basic medical terminology and enhance service skills.

Flexible schedule during weekdays.

High level of independence, with a quiet, distraction-free home office environment.

Strong technical skills and a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 mbps download and 15 mbps upload).
