Role Overview

McAfee is growing and continuing to innovate our consumer offerings. To further accelerate our innovation, we are looking for a Senior/Executive Product and Marketing Talent Acquisition Partner to help the business scale and recruit key high-touch roles and senior leaders across the organization. Qualified candidates will be well-versed in all aspects of a creative sourcing, proactive pipeline building, diversity recruiting, and executive search including candidate sourcing, candidate generation and development, client management, and offer/negotiation.

This is a Hybrid position based in the San Jose, CA. You will be a remote employee required to work from the San Jose, CA office on an as needed basis (1 to 4 times a month). We will only consider candidates currently in a commutable distance to the San Jose, CA office and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.

About The Role

• Develop search strategies, conduct research, perform thorough assessments, and present qualified candidates for critical searches within the Product, Marketing and Design space.
• Developing innovative ways to raise the bar on talent
• Calibrating candidates with senior leaders
• Developing prospects into candidates through engagement and assessment
• Building out talent networks and tapping knowledgeable industry sources to develop an on-going pool of candidates
• Leading client update meetings on active searches
• Providing strategic guidance and advice in a true partnership with executive leadership
• Managing candidate relationships, ensuring exceptional candidate experience, performing referencing, offer proposal, negotiation and close of finalists.
• Actively engaging with our internal partners to gain insight, elevate our processes, and collaborate to deliver results, e.g: Talent Management, Rewards, Inclusion & Diversity, HR Partners
  
  

About You

• 8+ years recruiting experience with at least 3 years working on senior level projects.
• 6+ years of experience in Recruiting in the Product, Marketing and Design space.
• Experience in blue-chip corporate search, retained search firm, or a combination of both
• Strong business acumen backed by strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Growth mindset, learning agility.
• Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment, make quick decisions and work with highly confidential information; Superior project and time management skills, continuously balancing and prioritizing multiple projects and competing demands.
• Excellent communication skills shown through clear, structured, and concise written and verbal presentation.
• Ability to establish rapport quickly, develop credibility and trusting relationships at all levels.
• Strong sourcing expertise and practices. Prioritizes prospect engagement, seeks out hidden pools of talent, continuously captures market, competitor, and prospect research.
• Flexibility to be available to candidates and internal customers outside the normal workday.
