About the Role: As a Data Entry Clerk at Style Netbox, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of our clients' information and project details. You'll input data into our systems with speed and accuracy to ensure smooth business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Input and update data into databases and spreadsheets with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies or errors as needed.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files in an orderly manner.
- Assist with data cleanup and validation projects to ensure data integrity.
- Generate reports and summaries based on entered data as required.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Competitive hourly wage: $17 - $23 per hour.
