As a Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in our organization's financial health and success. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to our leadership team. What You'll Be Doing

• Managing all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition
• Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements
• Coordinating the preparation of regulatory reporting
• Researching technical accounting issues for compliance
• Supporting budget and forecasting activities
• Monitoring and analyzing financial performance
• Developing and maintaining internal control and effective accounting system
• Coordinating the annual audit process
• Overseeing tax and compliance activities
• Working closely with the CFO to support overall department goals and objectives
  
  

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller with a proven track record of success in financial management. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in a financial management role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
• Experience with financial reporting and budgeting software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
