Entry Level Project Manager - Remote | WFH - #9845671

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with our Senior Project Managers and Directors, taking the lead in executing and managing projects from start to finish. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, and adherence to time and cost objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively communicate with clients, providing value-added solutions and exceptional service.
• Spearhead the execution of projects, serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Develop detailed cost estimates and selling values for assigned projects.
• Solicit and obtain bids from subcontractors and material suppliers.
• Issue, monitor, and process purchase orders to subcontractors.
• Closely monitor project progress, updating status reports and forecasts to reflect changes.
• Coordinate with Estimating, Engineering, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Familiarize yourself with clients' brand and implementation standards, incorporating them into your work.
• Actively participate in internal teams focused on continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced service environment (e.g., retail, hospitality, hotel management, restaurant).
• Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.
• Comfortable with phone communication and liaising with clients and vendors.
