Quality Engineer - #9846464

Seeking a Quality Engineer for an excellent organization. In this role, you will ensure compliance with QS9000/TS16949/ISO 14000 standards and serve as quality representative to this organization's customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal audit scheduling, facilitation, and reporting.
• Track NCRs, plant assessments, coordinate document control changes and quality records.
• Coordinate measurable charting, pack card development/updating.
• Reporting on cost of poor quality, weekly customer RPPM reports, and Quality alert issuance.
• Schedule and summarize dock audits.
• Act as Quality Rep to customers, investigating and responding to problems.
• Coordinate Supplier (vendor) control and performance reporting.
• Support and adhere to all safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of related experience in an automotive and quality environment.
• Associates degree, preferably in a quality-related field.
• Excellent communication skills needed
• MS Office Suite: word, excel, power point and other quality related systems
• Statistical SPC, 8-D, 5-P, and VA/VE
• Perform other assignments as required.
• Organization and planning skills, able to handle conflicting priorities.
