- Competent with Bates-stamping, electronic file organization, generation of Tables of Contents and Tables of Authorities
- Management of heavy discovery
- Prepare notebooks, exhibits, documents, and other materials for cases
- Schedules investigative interviews, depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings; and schedules court reporters, witnesses, outside counsel, and opposing counsel
- Enter attorney’s time
- Provides support for several attorneys
- Enter docket cases, notices of hearings, postponements, reports, and other data
- Prepares and processes correspondence and legal documents including pleadings, motions, and legal opinions
- Reviews legal documents to ensure they are in proper format and contain all necessary portions or related documents for court acceptance; files legal documents with proper courts
