Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Time management; to include clocking in and out of jobs as well as personal time.
  • Provide safe and professional operation of a CCTV van and mobilize to each site and operate the equipment.
  • Responsible for briefing crew members on job assignments and expectations.
  • Complete checklist to ensure all required tools are inventoried.
  • Ensure work is conducted logically and in accordance with maps or GIS information.
  • Inspect Sewer/Storm Pipes and other structures using NASSCO PACP/MACP/LACP guidelines and recommendations.
  • Ensure the accurate recording of all events and actions in the inspection software and daily logs.
  • Continuously monitor work being performed for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure all field reports are detailed and complete before uploading.
  • Interface with Clients and Field Inspectors in order to ensure that service level agreement is achieved.
  • Maintain CCTV equipment in good operating condition by cleaning, lubricating, and performing minor repairs.
  • Ensure that the van and all equipment are maintained satisfactorily at all times.
  • Identify potential problems and notify management of any potential problems.
  • Attend various meetings related to assigned projects as needed.
  • Compose and submit daily status reports to include project conditions, general conditions & activities, description of work performed and equipment used.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education And/or Work Experience Requirements

  • Must have at a minimum of 5 years’ experience in industry related field or acceptable credentials.
  • Must be an organized, hands-on person with a good technical understanding and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Verbal and written communication required to effectively communicate with vendors/clients.
  • Must be proficient in operation and troubleshooting company utilized software.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given.
  • Two year technical degree or Industry certifications required.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with company policy.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with company policy.
  • Ability to work in adverse weather conditions.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
