We are currently seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have high level of multitasking and customer service skills.
Note: must be dog friendly, we have a dog(Not very social at first. (she is 53 lbs and doesn't bite) just protective of everyone INSIDE our office.

Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm (Flexible hours: 9am to 3pm)
- Weekends and standard holidays off
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Promptly answer and filter calls as necessary
- Maintain professionalism and establish a positive rapport with every caller
- Handle calls regarding billing issues
- Data entry
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and writing skills.
- Self starter.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be dog friendly
Starting Pay:
- $16 to $20 per hour
- Health insurance after 180 days with a $200 contribution towards insurance
