Description

Exciting opportunity to lead the rollout, execution and facilitation of new features and capabilities. You will help us drive the "real world validation" and delight for Amazon Autos by working with program owners, beta participants, and product and engineering teams to prepare new customer experiences. You'll support data management, lead communications and partner with beta participants to keep engagement high and feedback flowing. Cross-team coordination, and understanding of project management concepts are essential.

This position requires an ability to move fluidly through a wide variety of assignments, using established processes and procedures. You are our ideal candidate if you are an owner, have strong bias for action, attention to detail, maintain a high bar for quality and are excited to influence the customer experience for Amazon Autos, our latest product offering. You have great people and communication skills, are willing and able to 'roll their sleeves up' and dig into problems when needed, and above all, have a willingness to learn.

Key job responsibilities

  • Design and execute programs to validate the customer experience in real-world environments prior to release.
  • Gather customer feedback through various mechanisms. Aggregates data to identify themes across all reporting channels.
  • Create and maintain reporting mechanisms for customer insights, issues and key performance metrics.
  • Manage participant recruitment and onboarding.
  • Develop mechanisms to monitor and sustain active cohorts throughout the program.
  • Partner with tech teams to develop automation for data collection, analysis and reporting.
  • Manage issue triage process for customer-facing issues.
  • Create and distributes program communications.
  • Coordinate with partner teams to develop programmatic solutions for data aggregation and reporting.
  • Develop standard operating procedures to create repeatable processes.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
