Job Description

As a Residential Specialist, you will install, spray, seal and plaster various insulation materials within ceilings, walls, openings and floors in buildings and homes. This role is responsible for insulating buildings to help maintain the temperature inside.

Here is glimpse of what you will do

• Install products as allowed by associated collective bargaining agreement and/or project labor agreement.
• Review your daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all product(s), tools and equipment for the day.
• Complete vehicle safety, job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at job site.
• Report safety, customer or quality concerns.
• Perform other related work duties as required.
  
  

Here Is Some Of What You Will Need (required)

• Must be a min of 18 years of age and have a valid Driver's License.
• Clear Pre hire: background check and drug screen. Post hire: random drug screen
• Able to lift 50lbs unassisted to load and unload various products.
• Climb, stoop, kneel, crawl, stand to perform daily work and ladder climbing, as needed.
• Knowledge of the industry and building codes for best installation practices preferred.

Compensation Range

Hourly: $23.00 - $27.00
