We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator role in Orange, California, 92868, United States. The individual will be responsible for managing front desk operations in a telecom provider industry setting. This includes coordinating facility services, answering phone calls, organizing meetings, events, and office spaces.

Responsibilities Include

• Managing front desk operations to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
• Coordinating facility services to maintain an organized and efficient workplace.
• Answering phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
• Organizing meetings and events, including scheduling, sending out invites, and coordinating logistics.
• Maintaining the organization of the office space to create a conducive working environment.
• Using Receptionist Duties skills to maintain a professional and welcoming front office.
  
  

Requirements

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Front Desk Coordinator or similar administrative role
• Knowledge of office policies and procedures
• Experience with office management tools
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Demonstrable skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Receptionist Duties is a must
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
• Time-management and ability to prioritize tasks
• Flexibility to work in shifts if needed.
