We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Entry Level Personal Assistant to support our executive team. The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and personal support, helping to manage daily tasks and ensuring smooth operations. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in administrative support.

Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain executives' calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation Prepare and edit documents, such as presentations, reports, and correspondence Conduct research and compile information for various projects and assignments Coordinate and plan company events and meetings, including logistics and catering arrangements Maintain and update confidential files and records Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email, letters, and phone calls Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree). Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
