What you'll do:

• Coding & Reimbursement Specialist: Apply established coding guidelines to diagnose and report medical conditions from physician notes and pathology reports.
• Data Integrity Champion: Maintain and update patient records with accurate diagnosis codes, ensuring proper billing and data integrity.
• Billing & Collections Assistant: Research and prepare bills for reimbursement from insurance companies and other payers.
• Patient Account Specialist: Maintains patient accounts, investigates billing inquiries, and resolves any inaccuracies.
• Communication Bridge: Effectively respond to questions and concerns from patients, insurance companies, and other healthcare providers.

To be successful, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent qualification (preferred).
• 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting or a related field (a plus).
