Our brand new Joe Cooper Lincoln of Edmond is accepting applications for Mobile Service Technicians who will drive a brand new company provided mobile service van fully equipped with maintenance service tools. The Mobile Technician provides light service and recalls at our client location. Mon-Fri no weekends. Service technician applications of all levels of experience with or without Ford experience is encouraged to apply. Responsibilities

• Performs diagnosis, repairs, and maintenance for customer and dealership vehicles.
• Fully understands and carries out repair orders as dispatched.
• Conducts full inspection, diagnosis, and troubleshooting to determine repair needs.
• Performs quality control checks to ensure repairs are completed.
• Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards.
• Follows all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules.
• Maintains cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs.
• Communicates effectively with Service Advisor and Parts department personnel
• Participates in company and Ford Certification training and education to further develop expertise. Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED required
• Post-secondary automotive training or equivalent work experience
• One year of dealer-level or large facility experience preferred
• Broad scope of automotive mechanical/electrical knowledge
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff
• Highly professional and dependable
• Safety and customer service oriented
• Basic computer and internet skills
