We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be proficient in TIG, MIG, and laser welding techniques. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and components to precise specifications.Responsibilities:Perform TIG, MIG, and laser welding operations according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.Fabricate and assemble metal components using various welding techniques.Operate welding equipment safely and effectively, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols and procedures.Inspect welded joints and workpieces to ensure accuracy, quality, and conformance to specifications.Maintain and repair welding equipment as needed.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.Maintain a clean and organized work area. Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Welder, with proficiency in TIG, MIG, and laser welding techniques.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.Knowledge of welding safety procedures and practices.Ability to lift and manipulate heavy metal components.Flexibility to work 1st shift and occasional overtime as needed.
