Here at Luna, the Patient Call Center Representative (better known as Onboarding Associate within our Concierge Team) will be responsible for answering incoming calls from both new and recurring patients and scheduling them with available physical therapists in Luna’s network. Our ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently while exhibiting exceptional communication skills and professionalism in order to ensure a high level of customer service and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage the registering, scheduling and rescheduling for all new and existing patients Record Management – Ensure the proper information is obtained and communicated with the patient (i.e. identification, patient history, insurance information, missed appointment policy, therapist arrival instructions, intake form, etc.) Receive, screen and coordinate telephone calls from healthcare providers Place outbound calls and emails to patient leads Requirements Please confirm you are authorized to work in the US without sponsorship Please confirm you have a high school diploma or equivalent. Please confirm you are able to work at least one weekend day weekly, if needed. Please confirm you have experience working in a high call volume environment/call center and that it is reflected on your resume. If working remotely, please confirm you are able to attend our virtual 2 week training from 7:00AM-3:30PM PST Please confirm you understand that if you reside less than 50 miles from either our Rocklin, CA office or our Nashville, TN office, that you will be required to complete 3+ months of in office training, and will then be eligible to work a HYBRID schedule with continued satisfactory performance.
