Responsibilities And Expectations (include, But Not Limited To)

- Prospect, research and initiate contacts to establish new relationships.
- Expand relationships with new and existing clients.
- Evaluate client s needs and use Bronco resources to meet their needs.
- Negotiate pricing with shippers and carriers.
- Utilize industry tools and Bronco provided resources.
- Collaboratively work with other departments to properly manage customer needs.Essential Skills, Characteristics, & Experience:
- Ability to work independently (self-motivating; hungry to add value) and manage time to achieve goals.
- An understanding of industry trends.
- Background in customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce platform and Transportation Management Systems.
- Preferred minimum of 1 year experience.Travel may be required to meet with new and existing clients.
