Reporting to the Team Leader, Compliance Program and Oversight, our Government Programs Compliance Analyst provides day-to-day support to the Compliance Office by supporting various tasks/initiatives assigned to the corporate ethics and compliance program with specific emphasis on compliance and operational oversight duties for government programs, namely Wellmark's Medicare Advantage business, Medicare Part D and Exchange (QHP). May support or assist with compliance responsibilities related to other government programs.

You have experience documenting processes, can synthesize complex information and deliver it in a way your stakeholders understand. You approach your work collaboratively and have a demonstrated history of building successful relationships across the business.
