Full Charge Bookkeeper - #9860510

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Santa Rosa, California. This role will be primarily focused on managing financial transactions, including account payables, account receivables, month-end and year-end closing, reconciliations, and preparing balance sheets and financial statements. The individual will also be expected to utilize their skills in various accounting software systems, Microsoft Office Suites, and billing functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all facets of the accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable
• Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures accurately and within set deadlines
• Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy
• Handle financial transactions and prepare balance sheets
• Utilize accounting software systems and Microsoft Office Suites to maintain and analyze financial information
• Prepare tax reports and financial statements as per established procedures
• Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
• Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
