Role and Responsibilities

• Screen and process field applicants to onboard into HRIS system.
• Coordinates drug screening, background checks and required training for field employees as required by job sites.
• Support and be main point of contact for employees from onboarding to arrival to job site.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce requirements.
• Manage logistics between projects with direction from Operations and Construction Manager.
• Maintain employee job site training record spreadsheet.
• Maintains a safe, secure and healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customer safety standards and practices and to legal regulations, alerting others regarding potential hazards or concerns.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications And Education Requirements

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in HR Software and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Sitting, standing, bending, within the normal application in an office environment.
• The employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable workplace accommodation.
  
  

The individual must also be able to wear and properly utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to work or visit within areas where it is required. This includes hard hat, safety glasses/spoggles, respirators, ear plugs, steel toed shoes, or other protective equipment as required by the work performed and location the work is being done.

The Company expects and requires all employees to observe and fulfill all safety responsibilities as outlined in workplace safety training, and actively work toward maintaining a safe workplace. Failure to do so can result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Regular attendance and punctuality are required of all employees.
