Description
Role and Responsibilities
- Screen and process field applicants to onboard into HRIS system.
- Coordinates drug screening, background checks and required training for field employees as required by job sites.
- Support and be main point of contact for employees from onboarding to arrival to job site.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce requirements.
- Manage logistics between projects with direction from Operations and Construction Manager.
- Maintain employee job site training record spreadsheet.
- Maintains a safe, secure and healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customer safety standards and practices and to legal regulations, alerting others regarding potential hazards or concerns.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Requires high school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in HR Software and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.
- Sitting, standing, bending, within the normal application in an office environment.
- The employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable workplace accommodation.
