We are seeking a highly organized and outgoing Operations Assistant for our College Station client. The ideal candidate will have a background in retail, exceptional Excel skills, and a vibrant personality that thrives in client-facing roles. This position involves managing desk tasks such as sending emails, building and maintaining client relationships, and handling phone communications.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through frequent communication, primarily via email and phone.

Email Communication: Draft, send, and manage email correspondence with clients, ensuring timely and professional responses.

Data Management: Utilize Excel to manage and analyze data, create reports, and track key metrics.

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, document preparation, and data entry.

Customer Service: Assist clients with inquiries, providing excellent service to resolve any issues or concerns.

Phone Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing calls, providing information and support to clients.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to support daily tasks and long-term projects.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills

Retail Background: Experience in a retail environment is a plus, with an understanding of customer service dynamics.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Personality: Outgoing, personable, and able to build rapport with clients easily.

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and stay organized.

Tech-Savvy: Comfort with technology and quick adaptability to new tools or software.
