Clayton Services is searching for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join a thriving company in Pasadena, Texas. The Part-Time Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and offering general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Job Type: Temporary (2 months long)
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $21.00/hour
Hours: 4 hours/5x week or 6 hours/3x week

Part-Time Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage and organize data using Excel, including creating and maintaining spreadsheets.
- Assist with logistics and dispatching tasks as needed.
- Coordinate and communicate with team members and other departments effectively.
- Handle other administrative duties as assigned.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- 2 + years of experience as an administrative assistant.
- Prior experience in logistics or dispatching is a plus.
