Job Description :

GENERAL OVERVIEW:

Provide entity-level operational support for Kronos scheduling and administration.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handling all call offs through communication with staff and entering those into KRONOS. (25%)
  • Communicating call offs with MHO and managers per protocol and working with departments to fill. (20%)
  • Works in conjunction with the MHO and directors on staffing needs and schedules. (20%)
  • Assist with schedule changes during balancing process. (15%)
  • Assist with posting of schedules in Kronos. (10%)
  • Updates and maintains Employee skills in Kronos. (8%)
  • Updates and maintains Employee skills in Kronos. (2%)


QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum

  • High school degree/GED


Preferred

  • Knowledge of Kronos scheduling system
  • Knowledge of nursing unit staffing grids
  • Knowledge of job codes for staffing
