Teller Supervisor

Great opportunity for an experienced Teller to take the next step in their banking career. This role will provide a leadership opportunity with the ability to lead and motivate a team. Must have experience as a bank teller in addition to experience meeting sales goals and quotas. The ideal candidate will also have some prior experience in a leadership capacity.

Duties of the Teller Supervisor

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Tellers
• Responsible for the training of new Tellers
• Handles the staffing and scheduling of staff for banking center
• Maintain cash audits of teller drawers and vault
• Provide a high level of customer service to clients in the banking center and solve any customer issues or concerns
  
  

Requirements Of The Teller Supervisor

• Prior banking experience, including specifically Teller experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience with meeting sales goals
• Previous experience in a leadership capacity
• Notary Public preferred
