Payroll / Accounts Payable Clerk

Spherion is hiring an experienced Payroll/ Accounts Payable clerk for a facility in Wichita Falls! Work schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm at $15/hr.

Responsibilities

• Figure time cards
• Add new hires and delete terminations
• 941 deposits
• Evaluations or status changes
• Issue payroll checks and file W-2 forms
• Balance bank statements for payroll
• Post monthy invoices and pay vendors in a timely manner
• Track PO's
  
  

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Proficient with ten key by touch
• Knowledge of data entry

High School

Experience

1-4 years

Qualifications

• MUST have payroll experience
• MUST have accounts payable experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must submit to a background and drug screen
