  • Company-provided training and orientation as well as appropriate factory certification for the associate's development.
  • Hours:The typical work schedule is 5 days a week, 6 days a week on the last week of the month. Autobahn Sales is a retail business and as such typically is busy during times most people are scheduled off (i.e. Saturdays and Holidays) so Consultants will be required to work on these days, except New Year's Day, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, Labor Day and Independence Day.As an Automotive Sales Representative with Autobahn BMW Fort Worth, you will be responsible for:
    • Building enriched relationships with clients by delivering a world-class purchase and ownership experience
    • Assisting clients in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs
    • Performing high-quality, professional vehicle demonstrations
    • Building value in finance and insurance products during the sales process to maximize vehicle performance and value, and promote client retention
    • Continuously maintaining required product knowledge and certifications to be a brand expert
    • Following up with clients to ensure successful repeat and referral business
    • Reporting to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
    • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
    • Sales experience required; automotive sales experience preferred
    • Clean driving record & valid driver's license
    • Willing to submit and pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
