A Day in The Life as a Behavioral Health Specialist
As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will coordinate the development of individualized, comprehensive service plans for children with severe emotional and persistent mental health disorders. As a Behavioral Health Specialist (BHS) you will have the “right” combination of compassion, dynamic, energetic, and passionate desire to help children and families in our communities. You will utilize Targeted Case Management tools and Rehabilitation Skills Training to assist families in meeting their ultimate stronger family potential.

We are looking for someone who is compassionate, eager to learn, and who wants to help families build on their strengths for healthy, long-lasting relationships by connecting them with community resources to improve their lives. We want someone who has a desire to help children grow, learn, and build healthy families and a strong desire to advocate for children and their families!
