Project Assistant

Description

We are offering a role for a Project Assistant based in The Woodlands, Texas. This role primarily involves assisting with research and data entry tasks to support the sales team in generating leads and business opportunities. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Conducting diligent research to verify contacts at other companies for the sales team
• Utilizing Salesforce and other software tools to streamline and automate processes
• Assisting the sales team in generating leads and business opportunities
• Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data entry tasks
• Monitoring and updating customer accounts as necessary
• Responding to and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
• Assisting with other project-related tasks as needed
  
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in data entry tasks
• Strong research skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
