SUMMARY:
We are seeking entry-level Desktop/Service Desk Support professionals to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for troubleshooting service desk-related issues, including password resets, general Office 365 applications, desktop support, and printer support. This role offers opportunities for vertical growth within the organization.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Location Requirement:
Candidates must be located in Houston, DFW, or Austin. In office work Mon-Friday.

- Provide first-level support for desktop and service desk issues
- Assist users with password resets and account access
- Support general Office 365 applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop and printer issues
- Document and track service requests in the ticketing system
- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes
- Basic understanding of desktop support and service desk operations
- Familiarity with Office 365 applications
- Experience with Epicor Eclipse is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
