Saint Luke’s Advanced Urological Associates office in Independence is seeking a Medical Office Specialist to join our team. You will work to ensure patient confidentiality in all instances, while maintaining a pleasant and professional appearance and conduct.
Shift Details: Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Shift Details: Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Responsibilities
- Answers the telephone
- Communicates messages through email or Epic
- Greets, registers, and schedules patient appointments
- Collects patient copayments
- Makes appointment reminder calls
- Verifies insurance and other patient data is accurate
- Scans and/or uploads patient information to patients electronic chart
