The Marketing Communications Assistant will play a key role in supporting FreshFormDraft's marketing campaigns, internal communications, and public relations strategies. The successful candidate will assist in content creation, social media management, campaign execution, and overall brand promotion.

Schedule: Full Time, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and editing of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and press releases.
• Manage social media channels, including content creation, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional events.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive messaging and branding.
• Maintain the content calendar and ensure deadlines are met for various marketing initiatives.
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing communications and provide insights for improvements.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) and content management systems is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
